  Letter Size Cover

Specs:
    9" x 12 1/2" Letter Size wrap-around cover folds to 9" x 3 5/8" for easy mailing and storage. Features a fold-over tab edge to attach documents. Holds 8.5" x 11" pages.

    NOTE: For a legal size cover, ask for Item 15-01.
Minimum Quantity:
    150 (Economy Print - Limited)
    250 (Foil, Emboss, Printing - 4CP and full capacity)
Economy Print (Limited):
    Your choice of one standard Document Folder ink color. See color chart. No heavy coverage or large solid blocks of ink. Copy must remain 3/8" in from all edges. Print in any location on the cover. Second side printing (inside of cover), additional standard ink colors or non-standard PMS ink colors are available for an additional charge.

    Full graphics including heavy coverage and 4CP available.
Foil Stamp on 100 lb Linen Stock:
    Stamps in your choice of one standard foil color on one standard 100 lb. Linen stock for Document Folders. See Color Chart. One area, up to 36 square inches.
Emboss on 100 lb Linen Stock:
    Embosses in your choice of one standard 100 lb. Linen stock for Document Folders. See Color Chart. One area, up to 36 square inches.
Art:
    Follow art guidelines and submit art on template. (Adobe InDesign)
Stock:
    Your choice of one standard stock for Document Folders. See color chart. Additional charge for other stocks.
Production:
    10 working days. Schedules can often be adjusted. Tell us what you need.
Proof:
    PDF available upon request.
Packaging:
    Ships open size 9" x 12 1/2" flat. Packaged up to 500 per box. 19 lbs. per box.
