SIGNATURE PANEL: A semi-opaque white area added to the card which allows you to be able to write on the cards with a regular pen. Without a signature panel you would have to use a permanent marker and risk the chance of the ink smearing. Adding a signature panel to your card gives you the added feature of being able to add information on the card at a later time - expiration date, member's name, date the member joined, etc.
NOTE: Include a separate layer in your artwork labeled "signature panel" for production.

SCRATCH OFF PANEL: Scratch off's are applied to prevent seeing what is underneath the scratch off, such as a pin number or special codes. Scratch-off material is a patterned matte silver color. When you scratch off the material, it will then show what is underneath without scratching the code.
